Property was outdated. Very very far from luxury. Toilets in pool area smelled awful. No lockers or changing facilities in the bathrooms of Pool area. It left a lot to be desired. Location was good but hotel needs to be updated

The hotel is very nice, and our room was very nice and comfortable. The hotel hallways are dark and kind of musty. For such a nice hotel - hallway rugs, ceilings and wallpaper seemed kind of dated and tired. We were only there for one night. The location is great, and the front desk folks were very nice and helpful.

Hotel Viking gets high marks for their customer service. All of the staff were very accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, including a refrigerator. The rooms are quiet. The valet parking was quick and there is a fee. I had an excellent time here for a 2 day stay.

Pretty good

For the most part everything was great. Only two complaints: towels are extremely rough (feels like you’re in a much inferior hotel) and secondly there were ants in our room. Even in the bed.

Everything was wonderful! We were disappointed we hadn't been told the restaurant waa closed during the week. We arrived late and were looking forward to staying in on a cold damp evening.

Place is not very nice. The room were dirty and dated with torn carpet, furniture and towels. The A/C units did not cool the rooms below 75 degrees even though it was 50 degrees outside. The bar served warm tap beer and the pool was out of service.

Nice location. Clean. But our room smelled funny. I called the front desk as soon as we got to our room to request an air freshener or something to help with the smell. They said they would send housekeeping to help. But they never did.
