We loved the modern aesthetic of the property and location! No complaints really, but was disappointed with check in representative: we asked for a space available upgrade knowing there were plenty of rooms available online, we were told fully booked; then asked for 1h late checkout on Sunday, again same answer fully booked, meanwhile EIGHT grades of rooms still available tomorrow on website! Doesn’t encourage me to ever return, despite how beautiful. Customer service is everything.

Beautiful accommodations and staff very friendly and accommodating. The only suggestion is a fridge and coffeemaker in the rooms. Wasted a lot of food as I did not have the option of taking it home. The restaurant was AMAZING!

We haved stayed here twice. The property is well kept and clean and on this past stay we saw that they were taking advantage of the off season to complete upkeep/renovations. It is in a great location. The hotel is very forward thinking in green initiatives. The rooms are very small and the bathroom offers no privacy. There is no coffee in the room, but is available in the lobby. The bottled water option is a reusable bottle you can fill in a common area. Overall, it is a nice place to stay if you are going to be out and about enjoying Newport, rather than spending time in your room. .
