Pros: great value, easy checkin, good location, renovated room, comfortable bed, spacious room. Cons: room service did not make up bed, the key stopped working on the second day, there is no ice maker on the second floor, the light on the balcony is super bright at night.

I did not stay at this property and canceled my reservation via the virtual agent. It was done at 530 pm before the cancellation deadline of 6pm. The expedia virtual agent confirmed cancellation and i had chosen pay in person regardless. My card was still charged without my consent or approval, I require a refund for this as i did not stay

Just perfect for our family stay.

The front desk ED was very courteous and helpful. He assist us with our needs while staying at the hotel. The best part is "Its Dog friendly" for our ShihTzu Coco & Chanel.
