We booked a room that happened to be on the lower level. The people above us were extremely noisy. We had to call the front desk multiple times. The front desk could only enforce the noise during “quiet hours”. Very bad sound proofing in this hotel.

We visited the area for the annual boat parade and found this location to be a short distance from the Newport Sea Base which is where we watched from. Very happy with location. Pleasantly surprised with the free breakfast options too.
