We loved our stay at the Doryman! The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently located and plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance, not to mention the beautiful ocean view! We will for sure stay here again.

Well located, unique boutique hotel

Great location, friendly staff and unique rooms. As noted in other reviews, there can be some noise on weekends. We knew this going in and enjoyed our stay. On Sunday morning, there was a nice farmer’s market outside the door at the pier. If you are looking for cookie-cutter rooms, this is not the place for you. Included parking is a big bonus.

The Doryman's Inn is so freaking cute! We absolutely loved it! We had room 8, the views were spectacular and the canopy bed was so pretty and comfortable! We got there early and we were able to peek into some of the other rooms, all of which are beautiful! Such a great place! Our only regret about booking is that we only booked one night. We just can't wait to go back!

I love this vintage, charming place and I am ready to book it for 2026! It really only has 10 rooms! At the front desk, Andrea, Lauren, and Anthony are so friendly to chat with as I kept walking by each day. I also felt very safe throughout my stay. The guests were nice and quiet. The housekeeping staff was very nice too and kept checking each day if I needed cleaning during my 3 night stay. I loved my room 10! It was the last room down the hall without an ocean view but the other features and space made up for it. Everything about the king bed was so cozy! And the day bed in front of the fireplace was the best spot to sit and read my book at night. I could have used a few more hangers and shelving in the wardrobe. I loved the access to the rooftop with a beach/ocean view to get some work done and to catch the sunset. Continental breakfast was just enough for a quick morning snack. And room service, with Lauren, from the restaurant below was a special treat for me. I was able to peek into any of the open rooms. They are all so charming! I look forward to reserving one with the ocean view. The location has immediate access to the beach, food, and parking. I felt very fancy having a place to stay right on the oceanfront! The rooftop restaurant and dance club next to my room was very active into the night, but it was expected. It's a wonderful place to stay if you're traveling solo or with quiet companions. Hope to be back soon or in 2026! Thank you everyone at Doryman's Inn!

Beautify historic Inn, but noisy at night

The historic Inn is beautiful and service is great. We stayed in room 5, which faces the beach. The view was wonderful, BUT the noise every night, not so much. All bars empty into that area and the noise from the crowds of people and the hot rod cars and motorcyles lasted until 3am to 4am every night/morning. You will have to close the windows (and not enjoy the breeze) every night due to the street noise. Otherwise, The room and hotel were excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Just wanted a little getaway for two nights. Location is perfect, right on the beach. It’s a very unique and very old style hotel. But that’s what gives it all of its charm. We felt as if we had stepped back in time. The staff was wonderful. Lauren checked us in and everyone was helpful. We had a cocktail in the lounge and Toni made us a great drink. He’s only there I think once a week. But the other bartenders look like they were very hard workers and very experienced. Ricky also waited on us. He was great! Mark always looked out for us both nights coming and going showing us how to get through the hotel from the lounge to the room. You could tell he was a dedicated and hard worker as well. Continental breakfast had a nice variety and the staff serving was very helpful . Would definitely recommend staying here if you want a unique experience and great location.
