The property is new but the service there is great the room comes with a small kitchenette two burners of nice microwave and a regular size refrigerator queen size bed and a pullout couch bed

Although this property is brand new the staff was very nice very helpful they're quiet time is a little early but they're not too strict about it overall this place is top-notch for the money that you spend. Was in room 318

Hotel was clean and sparse but the walls were super thin and you could hear the person next door snoring and the whole conversation they were having. I got woken up every night all night long by people leaving at 330am. Did not enjoy my stay due to that.
