Hot room, lovely apartment

Very impressed with hotel/apartment, the cleanliness and the service. My only gripe was the room was stifling, very warm and no Aircon I could find. That's a small issue otherwise would recommend, handy for station and amenities.

Nice hotel wasn’t happy with trying to book In room couldn’t pay with phone or cards on phone, needed an actual card but didn’t know anything about it. Would of been nice to know would of just been kicked out if we didn’t have a card.

The hotel is located right opposite Newcastle station and in a great location for eating out and shopping. One downside was the room was quite cold even with all the windows closed. Although we didn’t use the restaurant, the menu did look good

Super friendly staff who were able to accommodate my late arrival. Clean and well-furnished room with fridge and bath and other conveniences. Directly across from the train station and within a few minutes walk from popular shopping, nightclubs, restaurants, and convenience stores. Nestled between the gay district and historic sights, 10-15 minute walk from Chinatown, Eldon Square, and St. James's Park.

Honestly loved my stay here. Staff were amazing, bed uber comfy and room nice and clean. Only reason for slight mark down on facilities was the TV remote was poor, probably just needed batteries changing but very very slow at changing channels, but as I say this was simply a little annoying. I'd absolutely recommend this hotel. Fab area too. Lots to do.

Second stay at this property, great location and lovely staff. Room was very disappointing. Exceptionally small and although I booked a double room the room was so small it wasn’t a double bed, more a 3/4 bed which was very disappointing.
