The night staff and security for want of a better word, had poor communication skills, made myself and female friend feel threatened and uncomfortable. There appeared judgmental and prejudiced.
The day staff are professional and the hotel is spotless.
A super hotel in an excellent location. Parking easy (despite lots of roadworks in the city at the time we visited), friendly staff and very comfortable room.
Hotel opened in 1991 and has not had anything done to it since. Very old and dated which is a shame considering the amazing views over the river. Much better Choice of hotels along riverside than this one. Give it a miss.
