Creaky bed and staff could't care

Long delay in checking-in, then hit with an additional £8 fee for parking the car. The room was basic and had a bed that creaked heavily every time either of us moved during the night - providing disturbed sleep. The most disappointing aspect was that when we informed the member of staff at check-out they gave the impression of not caring about it at all. I would not stay here again

Pleasant stay, found the bed far too firm and so had an unsettled nights sleep. Otherwise all amenities were perfectly fine. Nice breakfast.

Check in was clunky and not very informative or helpful. There was no room in the restaurant as they had a Xmas party going on we sat in the bar to eat as only place, which was ok’ish however people were standing right by the front doors of the Hotel smoking and with the doors continually opening / closing because these people were activating the auto doors, the whole lobby (where we had to sit to beat) was freezing & stunk of cigarettes- not a pleasant experience. Food was over priced nearly£80 for 2 people main course and 4 drinks !

additional charges for staying overnight

I am so fed up with hotels now charging for the priviledge of parking in their car park Why else would you be parking there when staying you can hardly walk or get a train or bus its on a motorway!!! £8 added to the bill for parking its a racket pure and simple. On top of this they wanted to charge me £18 for a buffet breakfast Really!!!! Get Real guys
