The hotel was clean. The only thing wrong was the outside door #3 didn't lock so anyone from the outside could get in.

Everything about the hotel was outdated. The continental breakfast was extremely poor. Hardly anything to eat . There no variety. Fresh eggs and different varieties of beagles would have been nice. The whole property needs to be mordinized. Also the tv station was very poor quality and the tv is so old with poor resolution.

Toilet was backed up in overflowing staff on duty made me clean up somebody else's feces off the floor. Then the next morning the manager said she would have maintenance come down and never did 4:30 in the afternoon I went down to ask the manager she was gone. Staff on duty called her and she lied and said maintenance had come down that she witnessed him fixing the toilet when my wife was in the room the whole time and nobody ever showed up. The owner then walked in the door and said there was no way maintenance could have come down because he was in the hospital. No credit was given nothing was taken care of no call no apology.

The parking lot a total disaster no rhyme or reason to parking. Parkinglot snow coverd Sidewalks not cleared of snow . I get that you get alot of snow but you could at least try to clean the parking lot and side walks. Desk clerk and housekeeper complaining pretty loud about their job. In the front of hotel for everyone to hear during breakfast. Other than that its a pretty nice hotel.

Snowmobiling Vacation

Great place to stay for a snowmobile trip. Nice little hotel next to the trails. Wld definitely recommend
