The hallways carpet need shampooing. So there is a smell that lingers. Someone was able to open my door & manager did come up with security to check out the lock. He said someone would come back by to check the lock. That individual never did come. I was not compensated because I purchase on Hotels.com and they couldn’t adjust my bill. This was very disappointing because the person walked in on my when I was undressed.

We stayed three nights. Room phone did not work. We were told they do not. Safe did not work well. Was locked upon arrival. Locked itself again on discharge day. Breakfast was disappointing- one day no hot food except sausage left by 930 on sat, no whole milk, no yogurt or oatmeal and no fruit. Friday much better. Very noisy. Staff was very nice. Restaurant closed. Room 222 small.

The hotel is very attractive and well kept. Check in was easy and friendly. The room was immaculate. The included breakfast was very nice and the food was fresh. A couple of pieces of furniture were showing a little wear. I think the mattresses could stand to be turned, as it seems most people sleep on the side near the nightstand and the mattress tended to sag a little on that side of the double bed. We had a very lovely stay and would stay here again.

Everything else is OK except for breakfast no waff

I was told that there will be a waffle machine to make waffles for breakfast. I was counting on that, but they did not have a waffle machine. All they had was sausage and eggs. The breakfast was dissatisfying. If you don’t have waffles, at least have potatoes.

This hotel brands itself as an above average hotel with amenities consistent with their prior years top rankings. Although that may have been the case then, the overall facility, as far as a hotel, does not provide anything more than your run of the mill chain hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the facility clean, however there was no on-site restaurant or bar (desk said it was under renovation, maybe open by November… 5-6 months) and their breakfast buffet consisted of bread/pastries and a tray of cheese empanadas. They do appear to focus on being an event destination, which is fine, but that does not filter over to the overnight guest. Their literature focuses on that part of the business and is somewhat outdated.
