If you are here for a Devils game it’s perfect, walking distance to the arena, walking distance from the train station. Very clean, very safe, breakfast buffet is yummy!

The first shuttle driver was very rude but we got a different driver going back to the airport and he was very friendly. The staff also could have been more friendly, however they did let us check in early which was nice. The rooms were clean and its walking distance to the station leading to NY.

Everything at the hotel was top notch. Check in process was smooth, the hotel decor is pleasing and King bed room was decent sized. The room was cleaned each day of our stay and towels etc replaced without asking. This hotel is at a convenient location, about 10 minutes walk from Newark Penn Station from where you can take trains to NYC or around NJ. They also have a shuttle service to and from Newark airport, run every half an hour, which is a great value add for the guests.

Easy walk from Penn Station. Front desk couldn't be bothered to be hospitable and give clear information. I think the best encounter I had was with the shuttle driver. Side of the vanity in the bathroom was chipping/peeling. The gaps on the side and under door didn't do very much to keep our sound. It worked for the night just to be closer to the airport but I wouldn't do it again.

Place was very clean and cute. Beds very comfy and very close walking distance to the prudential. Would def stay again in event of going to a concert. And staff were friendly. The area is calm for Newark.

I had a mixed experience. I have stayed here on several occasions. It is not a 4 star hotel but it is convenient, the rooms are comfortable and it well maintained. However, I waited at Newark Airport for one hour for the hotel shuttle and finally gave up and took a Lyft. The front desk told me the restaurant is open until 9 but they failed to mention a private party took over the entire restaurant and a few tables were set up in the lobby near the main entrance door for guests. They fell short on this visit.

The room was not like we saw on the internet. At the restaurant for breakfast the waiter took my cash did not give me a bill and kept the money outside of the cash, I'm sure it went in his pocket
