We were locked out from 12am on New Year’s Day. Our room keys were not working it was an inconvenience to so many people we had to sleep on the hallway and reception area until 3:30am. The staff was inconsiderate about the situation.

The hotel was full of families with children. I doy d that very atractivo but it causes some chaos when breanfasting. The Romo deemed celan but the apear Bedolla May not have been so.
