The room was spacious and clean, the staff was very helpful every time we needed something, the breakfast was really good and it wasn't noisy which I was worried about from some of the other reviews and because of the how close it was to the airport. It was a little tricky for Uber to get in and out but they did! We were there five nights and I told the staff before I left that I now know why they had such high reviews on here, because they deserved it!

I think Everytime I use Expedia to get a room I end up with low quality rooms. I think I need to bypass using Expedia going forward. Having the middle man comes with a price for sure.

God for a quick stop. Great breakfast
The location is perfect when you need to be early at the airport or for a stop and go between flights. Perhaps it needs a bit of refresh. Furniture and outfit is getting tired. Breakfast is very good.

I only needed to stay for a few hours, and it was exactly what I needed. Clean room, well maintained, and the shuttle to the airport at 3:00 am was perfectly on time. Excellent service from reception staff and shuttle driver. Would definitely recommend

Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff are very service-oriented and on top of everything. The hotel is next to the highway and close to the airport. It can be noisy at times. Also, without a car, there are no restaurants within walking distance for dinner. The hotel includes a very good hot breakfast buffet in the cost for your room. A very good value overall. They also offer an airport shuttle service that is clean and prompt.

Volvimos a hospedarnos acá y la experiencia siempre fue buena. Servicio de transporte al aéreo puerto siempre bueno (en P4). Requerimos salir de madrugada al aéreo puerto y todo lo coordinaron bien (gracias). Desayuno básico, pero llena las expectativas. Fin de semana con opción de wafles. Usamos el servicio de lavandería en el segundo nivel y todo bien. La piscina siempre bien .

Staff (2 young african american ladies in the AM shift) were rude when we arrived. Gave us attitude. Didnt explain the fees or anything, they just asked for the name and the card and didnt explain why they got the card ( for ex: like to have deposit for our whole stay) Also the shuttle was late and we were given the wrong information on where we are gonna be picked up by shuttle and what times it arrives. We have wasted a lot of time waiting at the wrong place and we have been kept waiting for hours. Also we were asked to move to another room on our last night and nobody communicated to us. We were just surprised right when we areived after going around, the maintenance told us that we are moving because we were surprised he was in our room and our room was kept open. The staff didnt text or call me that a change was gonna happen. Neither did they let us know when we passed by the front desk. Never coming back here.
