The parking lot was full every day, and there was not enough space to park, so we had to park outside. We need more spots as they charge daily parking, but the facility is not large enough.

The hotel was just mediocre. Not dirty, but not clean. The bed was not comfortable in the room was a decent size. The breakfast in the morning had very limited options and the breakfast space was overcrowded, and there was no seating and no option for my toddler as far as highchair. The options were mediocre and not replenished enough. Parking was crowded and wasn’t ample. For what we needed, it was an OK place to stay. We didn’t check in until 11 at night, and checked out again at 9 AM. Checkout was fast and easy. I’m not sure how their system works, but only one of our vehicles was charged for parking? I’m not sure why.

The property was cleaned and the room was nice. The room had a small kitchenette but did not have any plates or cups for a long stay. It was fine for us as we only stayed one night, but if we were staying longer and wanted to warm up food or drink from a glass the room had none. Other than that, it is a nice hotel.

Bad experience

Elevators were non operative. I had to walk up/down 5 flights of stairs. Fire alarms went off at 9:30pm and then on/off periodically. No announcement from hotel staff. Fire Dept responded and left. Never did the hotel staff make an announcement. I did not stay that night a checked out.

We stayed here for 1 night. The room was clean which is most important to me. The parking is horrible! There are 4 hotels that share basically 1 connected lot and people park and fly out of the Newark airport. When I asked the desk clerk what to do when my son and daughter arrived later if there were no spots to park he said “Idk I won’t be here!” They did arrive and had to park in the grass and come in through the back of the hotel. They need to stop overbooking park and fly and be sure to have spots for staying guests.
