I was only there for about 6 hours since I had an early flight, but it was better than I thought. The staff were all so kind and accommodating and the room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was highly overcrowded, unclean, and in poor condition. There was a hole in the bathroom door, and the bathroom itself was tiny and uncomfortable. We arrived late at the hotel, and the staff provided us with the wrong room number, causing us to wander around searching for it. When we informed the staff of the mistake, he laughed, showing no concern for the trouble we had experienced. To make matters worse, the bus driver to the airport was angry with us. When we arrived at the airport and tipped him, he didn't say thank you; instead, he yelled, "You wasted my break time." After that experience, I canceled my reservation for when we plan to return. I will never stay there again.

From the look of it at first glance without giving it too much thought they look like regular hotel rooms, but my bedsheets had bodily fluid smears on them on the pillows where body hair there were no extra blankets or extra pillows. The bathroom shower and bathtub would definitely need an upgrade as they were tattered and worn out I arrived from much travel, exhausted, and simply just stripped the bed and put the disgusting pillows aside keeping myself one that may have been perhaps decent. Only stayed one night, not impressed, especially with a company that is supposed to live up to its name.

All I wanted was for my son and I to rest after a crazy day and our flight getting canceled. The location of my room was terrible. The light filter in from above the blackout curtains and coupled with either someone snoring VERY loud or something else making a howling sound, it was very difficult for me to sleep. Hotel seemed nice but my room location was not.

Can’t do much with urban/industrial area immediately surrounding the airport. Traffic, potholes, poorly marked and convoluted airport exits. Not a fault of hotel or staff who have been very accommodating. Property under renovation but construction noise wasn’t bad
