Lobby not so clean, carpets and surfaces shabby. Staff was kind, and my actual room was fine. Not sure why the shuttle van seeds had rips and tears in them as well. Clearly this property and it’s upkeep is not a priority for Hilton.

I would not book nor recommend this place. The shuttle service from hotel to airport is horrible. You are better off getting an uber. I had to wait an hour plus multiple times on the shuttle during our four night stay. Room service didn’t come to clean our rooms 2/4 nights. I would not book again. Not worth the money. The girl at the front with all the makeup caked on her face is also very rude.

Stay was excellent until leaving. An elevator was out of service. Twice the operating elevator was too full for pick up going down. I went down the stairs. Exit at bottom is emergency only. Had to walk back up stairs with luggage. Finally caught the elevator. Thought I was going to miss the shuttle. Also, the shuttle to airport left us waiting for a train to a bus to the terminal. Other shuttles have taken us directly to the terminal. Will be back.
