The hotel was clean , the bed was a bit high for me but that is only because I am 8.5 months pregnant . Room was very spacious , I am not sure if they had breakfast I don’t remember them saying there was any . The bar/restaurant that is attached to the hotel is closed unfortunately so we had to go out and seek food , def impressed will come back

Soon as you walk in you smell cigarette & the carpet all around the hotel stinks the room we had was nasty the curtains were old the rooms are so dark the bathroom was dirty the hot water was barely hot the beds are uncomfortable we ended up leaving in the middle of the night.

The room gave bare minimum
The property description states there is shuttle pick up from the Newark airport however, when I inquired about this with the front desk, they stated this was an accurate. I don’t know if this is on Hotels.com or the property themselves, but it is not a service which is available accordingly, you will accrue additional fees in transportation between the airport and property. Prior to my arrival, I had received a message from the property regarding a portal and a pin in order to access it reference having the capability to self check in amongst other things upon check-in. I brought this communication up and the front desk agent had no idea what I was referencing, nor did they care to as I was interrupting them from eating their lunch/dinner and they were taking a phone call. The room themselves at first glance looks together as one would expect however you will quickly find previous guest, or even the cleaners hair among the linens from the bed to the towels and the restroom. Decent price, but as I should’ve known better, I would book with a major hotel chain.

Overall the hotel was good. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There were no dining options on site other than a small 'market' for snacks but since we were only there one night, that wasn't a huge deal. The staff were nice and our stay was fine.

The property was average, it was clean and safe. There was a hole in the wall behind the safe. The safe was not operational. There was cutout in the wall in the room that had wiring in it. The cover to the cutout did not cover the sides, top and bottom of the cutout. Other than slow service from the front desk (only one person), I give hotel an average rating.

Check in was quick and easy. Room needed a little attention when it came to the cleanliness of the curtains and chairs need to be cleaned as well. The bathroom shower head needs to be replaced asap, other than that room was ok.
