Don't go. Called the local phone # 4 or 5 times to get shuttle pick up. Put on hold never answered. Old old facility. Left me in the cold over an hour waiting for shuttle. Finally got Uber on my own

Front desk said they had no bottles of water. The vending machines on each of the five floors were mostly sold out of water. Was able to buy just two bottles on the fifth floor. That was all that were available. Area surrounding hotel appeared to be unsafe, and nearest convenience store was nearly a mile away.

The staff were friendly and professional. They answered my many questions about getting to and from the airport using their shuttle. The shuttle driver was excellent and very helpful. It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. I would not hesitate to stay there again if another trip comes up

There was dried blood spatter on the wall in my room. I was APPALLED!! The gentleman at the front desk changed my room right away. The pump for the soap dispenser in the shower wasn't working and the luggage rack was missing in the second room. The breakfast was mediocre. It lacked taste. I've stayed at Holiday Inn Express in other states and I've NEVER been this disappointed before.
