Two Trees, Five Stars.
Convenient location, easy to get to points of interest from the hotel. The staff were attentive and helpful and the rooms were really well maintained. Comfy beds, wifi, a tv remote that actually worked. Another rarity, free parking, which most hotels have done away with. Will stay here again.

Loved the garden room with you he patio area. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed had an old lumpy comforter that needs changed out. Bathroom sInk had very slow drain. Staff was great. Especially Gabriella the housekeeping supervisor! She went above and beyond for me by helping me with my luggage when I was sick!

Dirty and moldy smelling rooms, wasn’t properly cleaned or cleaned at all. Told the house keeping staff, she came in and just sprayed the air freshener, terrible front desk staff with poor customer service skills and lack of knowledge. Charged me 3 times for deposit for 2 night, and then asked me to file a dispute with my bank instead of making it right for the customer. I’ve stayed in hotels in 3rd world countries and this was worse than those.

I enjoy coming this hotel a lot but I’m very disappointed at the fact I had the please do not disturb sign on my door and room service still opened my door and seen my girlfriend as she just got out of the shower. I would appreciate if I could get another stay because we left after that due to my girlfriend being embarrassed.

A sweetheart
Lisa is such a sweetheart. She was able to check us in early and did everything she could to get us a garden room like How we booked. However due to circumstances we took the balcony room facing the pool. She made sure that our stay was beyond pleasant. On a separate occasion, I had booked by accident to check in the next day so she wrote in her notes to fully refund that reservation & helped us create a new reservation on the spot. With her help she checked us in that night & we were refunded for the wrong night that we had booked. Thank you for being the best! Treat Lisa kindly, we deserves the very best
