Staff and service were very nice and helpful. But I think some of the descriptions of this property needs to be updated since there was no complimentary breakfast and they are not up to date with usb outlet ports in the rooms or bathrooms. Area was kinda noisy due to the traffic and people honking their horns early in the morning but over all everything was clean and comfy.

The body lotion and conditioner were empty when I checked in the room and used the shower the first night. Also, they had put one shower towel for double queen bed accommodation. I requested the reception the next morning specifically mentioning the lack of supplies and asked them to ensure that the bottles are filled up. In the evening, the bottles were still empty despite that the room was serviced. Overall the hotel seemed really unkept.

Poor lighting outside entrance of hotel. You see a big silver fence just before the entrance There were crumbs on the floor in room I stayed in. I arrived at 8:30 pm on Friday due train delay. Shower needs to have another handle bar to get out of shower. There is one right next to toilet on wall not enough space to walk through Wallpaper was peeling from wall in bathroom. Staff did not state any other place to get a bite to eat. There was no staff in the restaurant on Friday, just guest. Breakfast was not to tasty.

not a pleasant encounter

Arrived after 11:10PM and had to leave at 5:30AM. Alarm clock didn't work - requested a wakeup call for 4:15 left the room at 5:15 - Never received the wakeup call. Did get a cookie and bought a soda since we last ate at 8:00AM in Fort Meyers. Spent the entire day sitting in a plane or flying from Fort Meyers to Newark. Caught the Hotel Shuttle at 9:00PM only to find out that it took us to the wrong Hilton. After about a 45 minute delay at the first hotel I finally got an UBER to the correct hotel.
