Things that are great: 1. The staff! Very courteous and helpful. The staff is by far this hotel’s greatest asset. 2. Ambiance in the lobby and common areas. The lobby is updated nicely and the sports bar gives provides a great escape for drinks and to watch games. Not so great: the rooms. The updates stop at the lobby and common areas. The rooms are incredibly outdated. The bathrooms resemble those in a motel, the a/c would not cool and several electrical outlets were broken. I must admit when I called for service to the a/c unit the service tech came right away to repair it. Overall, if you are looking for a place to stay. Lose to the airport with helpful staff, this is your place but don’t expect the rooms to be aesthetically pleasing.

When we arrived to check in for our stay there were no parking spots available. We were told there was an event going on into the night and to park in the grass. As paying overnight customers I do not think this is appropriate. Paying hotel guest should have priority in parking as stated on website. Upon coming home from our trip, the "round trip" shuttle never showed up to pick us up from the airport. There were multiple guests from the same hotel in this frustrated position. We stood in the cold and eventually just paid a cab to take us back to our vehicle. Would never stay here again.

The facilities, eating area is great. I feel all the care is placed there. However, the room was okay. When I enter into the room, the bathroom floor was wet as if somebody had taken a shower and left the curtain open. I needed to use the towel to dry the floor, and the floor had strands of hair all over. Also, the vent in the shower was absolutely DISGUSTING as if it hasn’t been cleaned for years. I was so disappointed with the bathroom. In addition, I only had 2 wash cloths and 2 towels. No extras when I had a total of 3 guests. Also, the room wasn’t cleaned when I wasn’t there and I stayed four nights, so I needed to find staff to ask for a bag so I can dump my own garbage and ask for more towels and wash cloths since new ones were not provided. Also, the side door outside would not open with my key card. Several guests were trying to get in and it would not work. So we all had to walk around at night, and it was an inconvenient. I loved staying here but I feel the rooms are not being taken care of any longer and all the service is placed on the amenities. I think there need to be a balance. I have booked another visit and have selected elsewhere even though I am a Hilton Honors member. I was very disappointed.

The hotel is ridiculously overpriced for the quality. The rooms are dingy and look dirty. The staff was short and abrupt except for the manager her refunded our money after the another staff had charged us twice for the same room. We could hear everything going on in the lobby even though our room was on the 6th floor, and woke up to a loud crowd in the pool before our flight. Overall, not a pleasant experience, but the manager was prompt in fixing our issue with the double so didnt feel like this deserved a one star rating.

We asked for a lower floor and were told the only available room was on 6th floor. The people in the next room ware talking so loud that we could not sleep. We complained and were told that security did not find them to be loud. Finally we were switched to a lower floor on the 4th floor.
