Nice staff, poor infrastructure.
While staff were very nice, having to wait 25+ minutes on line to check in at 11:30 at night is unacceptable. They need more workers at the front desk. Also, someone should actually answer the phone at the property when one calls from the airport, not get “mailbox full” or “unable to connect” messages. No local phone number on website, had to call reservations to get it and find out where pickup at airport was.
