It was a very basic, and out of date room. Standard w/ 2 queen beds. Pros: Nice beds, pillows, bedding. Small but delicious menu for the hotel restaurant, cafe bar, always an open elevator and luggage trolleys. Accommodating for late checkout. Quiet too! Cons: Black mold under bathroom sink faucet, months old messages left on the phone and couldn’t call in/outside the hotel just got busy signal. No USB plug-ins, only 3-prong and every one was loose and couldn’t charge, had to charge in bathroom. The bathroom curtain didn’t fit the curved rod so water splashed everywhere in the huge gap. There is NO microwave, but there is one at the cafe. No smart TV.

Very thin walls with very loud neighbors. Noisy refrigerator, the phone doesn’t work, I had to go down to the reception to register my complaint and thereafter for the next 30 min no one comes in. I was staying for just one night to catch an early morning flight. After checking in at 11 pm, it is pathetic that we encounter such a situation. Be it that this belongs to Crowne Plaza franchise, if basics aren’t working, it is not worthy of being listed on Hotels.com as a hotel. The staff were politely apologetic but couldn’t solve the problem

In General, Airport transportation ist really nice, but when they are not attaching to their schedule (every 30 Minuten) time for travelling into New York can be really long (both times I had to wait nearly 1 hour at the airport for the shuttle bus). The driver on Sunday was quite unfriendly, was firstly way too late at the airport, and secondly, although I told him that I only needed to pick up my luggage at the hotel and have to drive back to the airport right away, he did not tell so the hotel staff when calling them so that I had to wait there 30 minutes for the shuttle back to the airport because the other one just left when we were arriving.
