We booked this property because it advertised a shuttle to the cruise terminal. What it did not state was that it only serviced the New Jersey cruise terminal not Brooklyn which is where our cruise left from.

I am upset to report that at no time during our stay but for a short time in the late afternoon, during our 2 night stay, did we have hot water. We were offered another room, but maintenance said it was a hotel wide issue. We heard the same from another guest. And to call the front desk, I had to use my personal cell phone as the room phone did not work. I was offered $40 compensation or 5000 Hilton points, which I declined as I paid far more that that and 2 of the 3 of us were unable to shower. A full night refund is in order here as that’s what I book a room for….a place to sleep and shower. Worst part was that there was no manager on site for me to work this out with before I left and now that they have my money and I’m gone, I doubt this will be properly rectified. They know this is an issue yet don’t tell people prior to booking. False advertising if you ask me

Good facilities, rude staff.

The shuttle service is not regular, we were waiting for more than an hour on March 31st from 4pm at EWR Newark station P4, monitoring the shuttle I could see that it did not leave the hotel every half hour as it was offered. We called the hotel and they didn't answer, it was until they saw my mail that they sent to the Shuttle. Then the receptionist who was on shift that day in the afternoon and until the next morning was not friendly at all, it seems that she does not like her job, she should not be in a customer service position, the shuttle driver the next morning was not friendly at all. I think the hotel has very good value for money, but they need to pay attention to their staff.

Liked that there was an airport shuttle 24/7. However, never having been herè before and locating that shuttle based hotel instructions proved difficult. Thank goodness for airport employees providing directions. The explanation needs to be worked on.
