It is one of the cleanest hotels I stayed at. The room was shining! The staff is very helpful, always there with suggestions and always greeting you with a smile. Very cozy room, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, very good quality soaps, and a very tasty breakfast (out was included in the room cost). I hope we will be back!

Just choose a different hotel… The shuttle from the airport took 1 hour to arrive even though we were told it arrived every 30 minutes. We watched the same shuttles arrive from other hotels 3 to 4 times before ours arrived. If you want to get in touch with the hotel you’d be better off sending a carrier pigeon as it took me 5 calls, waiting on hold to be hung up on and 4 hours. The room was fine other than the wall paper peeling off from water damage , the ceiling had water damage and looked like it could collapse, the hallways had a fan blowing to soak up all the water damage, and on top of that we had to pay for an Uber to get to the airport because again the shuttle was late and took 50 minutes to arrive. Also, we needed a late checkout as our flight didn’t leave until late at night. They extended it until 1 pm then. The next day I asked for even later and was told if I wanted to stay past 2 pm it would be an additional $75. So because of that my family had to wait around at the airport for 9 hours… Finally, You might as well find a place that cost a bit more because you’ll be able to save money on buying an Uber.
