They aren’t run right! Room had no working tv had to switch rooms..no place to get coffee. Breakfast area was horrible had to clean our own tables..no napkins or large plates/knives. Had to get someone to make coffee …fill eggs in dispensing pan..

It's gated with a run down fence. The hotel site don't inform you that parking is an separate company that charges you; along with the charge up front of 28.00 to park there. Plus 35.00 a day to go in and out before tax. Highly do not recommend a stay at this property. Unless your stranded or flying infor one day and out the next. Sleep on top of the sheets.

This hotel had a couple inconvenient things, however the staff made up for it tenfold! I’ll start with the negative. The area around isn’t super safe but the people from the area are all very kind. If you want to get around I just recommend uber. The breakfast isn’t bad but there are lots of guests that I notice that partake and maybe just not enough food out. Most important I want to talk about their staff. The staff made us feel extremely welcome, they were so fun and kind and I feel like I made friends! I specifically want to shoutout Jasmine our bartender, she is a great time and so fun! We came back from our concert and we got engaged and she made us feel so celebrated. Thank you to all the staff who worked hard to make our stay a memorable one! This felt like a sense of community and I hope management knows how much their staff does for their guests! Thank you!

After a delayed flight spent 30 min with parking lady telling me she didn’t have my reservation but didn’t think to mention she was parking only and not hotel. Then got to hotel front desk, this lady had zero personality or ability to be pleasant. This was 4am, she sent us to our room on 9 th floor we winded down several hallways with lots of luggage then the key didn’t work. I went back to the front desk and told her and literally all she said was “oh” and recoded the key. No, sorry about that or any nicety, like it was my fault.

Spacious Room, Poor Wi-Fi, and Long Commute to NYC

Overall, the hotel itself was good. The room was spacious and clean, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. However, there were several downsides that impacted my experience. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor and unreliable, making it difficult to get any work done or even browse the internet. The breakfast was also quite disappointing, limited options and not very appetizing. Additionally, if you're planning to commute regularly to and from downtown New York City, this hotel may not be the best choice. The trip is long and inconvenient, and the public transportation in the area is neither reliable nor particularly safe, especially late in the evening. If you're just passing through for a quick overnight stay near the Newark airport, it might work. But for anything beyond that, I’d recommend considering other options.
