Surprisingly, the room was very nice considering staying in that part of the city. The staff that worked the front desk very nice. The cook on the ninth floor not so much. He may need to rethink his career choice But the bartender was very nice and apologetic. Overall my stay was very nice would stay there again

Needs maintenance for sure. Beds comfortable but the sheets were stained and there was hair on the top sheet. The bathroom is ok but our toilet leaked everywhere and that was gross. The breakfast area is nice but food is out by 9:00 and the breakfast ends at 9:30. Gym is fine. Towels were fine .ok for an overnight stay. There is a shuttle to and from airport. That was helpful

Wouldn’t recommend
The thermostat was not adjustable, the tv would not turn off all the way (the screen stay lit), and our toilet would not flush. Staff was friendly but when we noticed the above, they could not be found to mention issues. Ended up using the hallway restroom.

Not a good location to get to other dining options. Only one restaurant on property. Breakfast was very good but dinner took over two hours to get the food. Then it was not as ordered. Otherwise rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet.

The hotel is very nice. We couldn’t see any restaurants or fast food outlets near the hotel to get our meals. The restaurant in the hotel has limited options for food. Guests must read the email from Comfort Inn carefully to see where the shuttle bus pick up points are at each terminal. When we called the number in the email no one picked up the phone. The person who answered the other number said wrong number.

The property was clean with the exception of the walls in my room. They could stand to be painted. My coffee maker was not working and was told I couldn't get a replacement because they were locked away in a housekeepers closet. Had to wait until housekeepers started making noise out in the hallway at around 7:30 am to get the coffeemaker switched out. Called the front desk several times to ask a question and the calls were not answered. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and large with hot water. Glad I only stayed one night.

The breakfast is good. However, the quality of the lunch /supper is unacceptable. If you don’t have the volume the best thing to do is stop offering this service.
