My review isn’t so much about the property itself, but more about the experience I had with the booking process. I reserved a room for two nights and planned to pay at the property with my credit card upon arrival. Because my flight was delayed, I didn’t land until around midnight. When I arrived, I was told my reservation had been canceled because Expedia tried to charge my card in advance, and when it didn’t go through, they canceled my booking without notifying me. Thankfully, the lady at the front desk was very helpful and managed to get me a room for that night. However, I had to find another hotel the next day, which was the last thing I needed considering I was in town for a funeral—not a vacation. I had stayed at this Comfort Inn before in October and had a wonderful experience—the staff was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything went smoothly. That’s exactly why I decided to book again. This situation was through no fault of the hotel—the staff was kind and helpful. But I’ll be honest: *Expedia is a piece of S***. I’ll never use them again and will always book directly with the hotel moving forward.

Great stay

The location is not friendly but it's close to the main Highway and airport. They allowed us to check in early without extra fee 🙏 The hotel still remodeling, everything seems new, the rooms are spacious and and the bed comfortable, The floor was dirty, in our bathroom still some hair on the floor and crumbs around the table( on the floor)

You have to pay for parking, and parking on the street seems way too unsettling.. but “rooftop” bar vibes, room was small but spacious, motion sensor lighting in the bathroom for overnight usage.. I would stay again, depending on how I feel about paying $25 for parking for a night

I had called to see if we could check in early. I was told that there were unable to allow that. I later found out that there were very few guests in the hotel. It definitely was nowhere near full. I don't understand why they were unable to accommodate us. The hotel is located in an industrial area. We did not feel it would be safe to walk about. There is one restaurant/bar. The chef was very nice but amazingly slow. There was one other gentleman in the entire restaurant and still it was over 1/2 just to get our drinks. The nachos were literally Tostitos, Tostitos cheese sauce and little else. The burgers were tasty. At midnight the fire alarm went off. We had to walk down 7 floors of stairs only to find out that the alarm had to do with a bordering building, not the hotel. The shuttle service worked perfectly. I would not recommend this hotel.

Unacceptable Cleanliness and Poor Service I know this isn’t a five-star hotel, but I did expect basic cleanliness and respect. When I noticed what appeared to be handprints and dried body fluids on the wall and floor of my room, I immediately asked to be moved. The front desk refused, claiming there were no available rooms and that I shouldn’t be upset since I had already been there a day and “it hadn’t bothered me” before. For the record, I arrived on April 2nd at 11:45 p.m., so I checked in shortly after midnight on the 3rd. I had breakfast later that morning and spent most of the day resting in bed. I only noticed the stains on the 4th. I still asked if they could at least clean the area—they said it would be cleaned the next day. I returned on the 5th to follow up, and they told me it would be done before 4 p.m. However, the so-called cleaning never really happened. At most, it was a superficial wipe-down, and the issue remained unaddressed. This situation was not only gross, but it was handled with complete indifference. There was no follow-up, no solution, and not even an apology. I expected much better from Comfort Inn and from a hotel listed on Expedia.

Not so great!

Well the fire alarms went off shortly after we had fallen asleep and we had to walk down 8 flights of steps out into the cold and rainy evening. The restaurant in the building was weird and they didn't have many of the items on the menu. The breakfast was very underwhelming for the price paid. Shuttle service was quick and reliable so pleased with that.
