Not my first time staying here. I love it more and more every time I go. Restaurant is awesome and rooms are comfortable with nice views. Staff are excellent, very friendly and always trying to help.

My Stay Was ok......

My stay was ok however, i expected more from a hotel of its caliber. The ice bucket didn't have any plastic bags to line it, there was no cups in the room, the bath tub water didnt drain when i took a shower. It backed up. When I returned to my room the towels and shower curtain was missing. I had to call to have that brought back to my room which should have already been there. Ive stayed in may hotels and i must say this was not good. Customer service was great in the lobby which is all I can say positively at this time. The lil things do matter.

genuinely do not stay here. I selected this hotel because I wanted to save myself $40 and it was not worth it. The only saving grace is its location to the Prudential center. Newark is gross and dirty. This hotel is gross and dirty and reeks of marijuana and cigarette smoke. The shuttle is not worth it. You’re going to end up Ubering please learn from my mistakes and do not go to this hotel. The bedsheets felt like paper and the entire room exuded unclean.

I booked myself a non-smoking room but they gave me a smelling cigarette room . I have asthma so my first night was so awful. I called front desk if I could change my room because of the smell of cigarette. Instead they send housekeeper to spray some air freshener. But soon at night time my neighboring room was smoking pot . So the smell came back again . Location was good , staff was great only the room area Was smoking area.

The elevators reeked of weed, the hallways reeked of weed and cigarettes. Neighboring room was listening to rap loudly all night long. I’ve stayed here a few years ago, it’s gone down hill dramatically since. The parking is a joke.. they pack the cars in and if you have a truck…good luck! I will not return to this hotel again.

Hotel had a smell starting from the elevators to the rooms, heater was broken in our room making it 85 multiple times, and only way to get it to stop blowing hot air was to turn it off and open the window. Limited towels, parking was very tight, and hot water wasn’t very hot. Only there a night, but view from the room was pretty and elevators were fast.

Excellent stay

My solo trip was amazing every time I come the front desk always make sure my stay is comfortable. Location here is everything dining out and liquor store whole foods Starbucks and Dunkin are across the street.
