I stayed at Yotel for the second time and it was excellent. The location is perfect and the hotel is clean and modern.

Tv smart cast didn’t work. Was told all tvs in the building do not work.

The room appeared clean but the smell of smoke was awful. Their clean air policy was not in affect at all. I could smell smoke all night and my clothes reeked of smoke when I got home. I'll probably never stay here again.

This is an absolute pile of dung of an establishment. Move on, go somewhere else. For the money, the place was dirty with poor living conditions, and broken amenitites. "Hotel and 3* " is a joke! I have pictures and videos of how pathetic this place is. It's so bad, the lobby stinks of marijuana, the staff are useless and ate my cookies. Just an embarrasement all round. I booked a different place.

Nothing fancy about the place. Wasn’t like the pictures (so not what i expected). We were happy with the location because this wasn’t our first time to the city. It was quiet and we felt more like residents instead of tourists in the area. We could easily get to restaurants, bars, entertainment, transportation. Worked great for a couple. Not sure I’d stay here with my family just due to room/lack of spaciousness. Overall we were satisfied though!
