The property was horrible. Heat didn’t work in 1st room and carpet was disgusting. Claimed upgrade when in actuality didn’t have the room I reserved available. On top of that asked for toilet paper and blankets two nights in a row which was never received. Wouldn’t let my dog sleep here. DON’T BOOK-RUN

Undisclosed Deposit Disrupted my Trip Finances

The staff at the front desk were not friendly. Additionally, I was asked to pay a deposit that was not mentioned in the original listing of the room on Hotels.com. This unexpected deposit was not budgeted for and disrupts my trip finances.
