This property is in a great place. Inside is clean and beautiful. The bartender is a very nice man (nick) his drinks are excellent. The front desk personnel were also very nice . I didn’t see any house keeping service. The beds or restrooms didn’t get clean during my stay , so I am not sure if they offered any daily house cleaning. The room felt at time very warm to Hot. I had to open the windows to make the room a bit more comfortable. Overall the room decorating was nice. I will stay again.

Beautiful property and everything was a convenient walk or a very short train ride. I was there for a family funeral and I was still able to treat my family to a good time in New York City. The only thing that was average about the hotel was that one of the elevators would always go out but they had to so I didn’t have to climb the stairs, but the room clean, beautiful stay and I would stay again. The room was a good size and clean I was very very happy with that because most of the rooms at the new hotels are very small. And the history of the hotel being in tutor city was beautiful. I just love my stay here.

We booked the Luxe Queen room. It was fine overall But, the sliding closet door looked like it was about to fall of it's hinges and hit me while I was sleeping.

Just not great. This was our second trip to NYC and we thought it'd be fun to stay somewhere different...but man, we didn’t expect to be close to nothing!? It's Manhattan!? Staff was rude at every meeting and the resort fee is confusing since there are not resort amenities. With so many choices - I would definitely not choose this one.
