I felt the hotel was clean and comfortable only draw back was Saturday and Sunday only had one elevator operating. The Alfred service was cool but not enough options and s r vice was super slow.

Nice room in a good neighborhood at a great price. The room was comfortable, good shower, good Wi-Fi, good bar and restaurant, and in a great neighborhood. Staff was not super welcoming but professional and got the job done. A couple of cons to mention. My room faced Washington Street and there was periodic loud rumbling and vibrating that made it difficult to sleep. Finally got to sleep with the use of white noise and melatonin.. It's also the first room I ever had where no soap of any kind was provided. I don't know if that's their policy was just a miss. Anyway I would recommend this hotel for downtown travelers but just be aware of these issues.

Hotel was ok. Blood on the elevator walls when we arrived . Was still there at check out the next day . no hand soap in the hotel room . No hand towel in the hotel room. Bed was comfortable . They should def up there cleaning routine .

The property needs some TLC , areas are neglected due to lack of eyes to details, for example :the base mattress had dirt and various unpleasant, cleanness. And to top it off, the features were of the W hotel, I was told the new owners acquired the property from the W , and another draw back they don't accept Amex no wonder why.
