The Front desk staff, especially Tom and the concierges were wonderful! My room was large and comfortable. My bed was very comfortable. The view was incredible. However, the man who seated hotel guests in the restaurant was rude, nasty, and unprofessional. I will not return to this hotel, because he talked down to me every morning and made me wait for a table. When I requested the restroom key, he yelled at me that I had better return it immediately as if I was a badly behaved child. There are many hotel options in New York and that man ruined my experience every single morning so I will choose another hotel when I return to New York in two months.

Great stay!
When we checked in, we stood in a short line. We were not only able to get into our room early but we were given 2 extra vouchers for a glass of wine due to our “long” wait. The person that checked us in as well as the bar tenderer were very polite and helpful.
