Less than impressive. The room was dated and not cleaned thoroughly, upon arrival there was no coffee nor condiments replenished and the room itself was just “refreshed” rather than properly cleaned. The bathtub stains are inexcusable. Additionally, there are renovations or some sort of construction work that was not mentioned at all by anyone, and the two days is my stay I got to enjoy loud drilling, cutting and whatever else, from early morning till late afternoon. Disappointing stay, far away from what Westin should be remembered from.

The property is smack in the middle of Time Square so it was easy to get around. All the theatres are in walking distance. Our room was vaery clean upon arrival. They maintained it very well dueing our stay. My only concern wasthe $35 tourist few charged per night. However, very food hotel.

My friend and I stayed here this pasted weekend and we had the best service. Checking in was fast and easy. Service desk down stairs was very friendly they provided us with umbrellas since it was going to rain that day. Very friendly staff. The room from are view was amazing
