The beds were so comfortable and top quality linen. We were on the 35th floor and there was no noise from the street consequently good nights of sleep. All the staff were pleasant. The only issue was the lack of personnel at the bar during happy hour making it challenging to spend the 35$ food and beverage coupon. It is all in all a pristine property. Thank you!

The hotel was fine. Not bad, not great. For the price, we expected better. We were surprised that there was a fee for WiFi. We also didn’t like that you were not allowed to use the mini fridge to keep drinks cold and that ice machine didn’t work.

It is very handy for Broadway Shows. It’s far enough away from the noisiest part of Times Square and close to subways. Our room had a nice view of the Empire State Building. It felt very safe. We would have appreciated having a fridge in the room, though.
