The hotel is very nice. For improvement: - Need coffee in the lobby in the AM. Don’t want to go downstairs to the restaurant for a simple cup of coffee. - Hotel bar closes way too early especially given very limited options around the hotel where one would want to go. I thought it was the “city that never sleeps’.

We didn’t enjoy our stay at the Westin NYC, they placed us into a room that had weird view, the shower had strange smell, no small fridge, renovation was going on while we were there and no one advised us. Really poor service and the facility is old!
