The room was very dated, with old furniture and worn-out carpeting that didn’t feel clean. The bedding was uncomfortably heavy, making it difficult to move while sleeping. Additionally, there were no robes or slippers provided, which was disappointing .

Overall our stay at The Westin Times Square was great. Great location, 1 block from time square, only a few blocks from Madison Square Garden. We had two rooms, both were on the smaller side, but comfortable. Our rooms were cleaned daily which was nice. 1 room did not have a fridge so that was a let down. We need wheelchair accessibility as I came with my 90 year old grandma. The doors to come into the hotel were broken for the automated switch so much harder to navigate. Their room also had an automatic button but it closed very fast. All staff was friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great stay.

Of course it is very well located, in the most active area of Manhattan. Room had a good area, cleaning when you leave kind of late morning could no be done. Desk chair was in bad condition, no comfortable at all and armrests hit the desk, so, you block the space between the desk and the bed. The armchair, not a small sofa, was very small and heavy, so, when you are in the room and not use to seat on beds, the two options are not comfortable. Good design is welcome, but comfort is essential, specially if you are working on the desk or reading in the armchair for more that an hour.
