The room was quite outdated, with old furnishings and fixtures. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, and most of the elevators were out of service. The telephone and television in the room didn’t work, and there wasn’t even a “Do Not Disturb” sign available. The only redeeming quality was the hotel’s excellent location, which is very convenient.

Hotel is completely rundown, elevators was not working, most of the lights throughout the building was not working. Bathroom was so dark and old not nice at all. Bedsheet had holes in them and had what I assume makeup on them. Bed was comfortable and the view was nice. I would not recommend this to anyone.

The property is in a very poor condition. The room was not cleaned, the elevator was broken. Had to use the freight elevator along with staff whenever it became available and if not I had to take the stairwell and we stayed on the 22nd floor. The bathroom had mold in it and a roach was in our room. The bed linen was dirty and stain. My stay here was very horrible and I would not recommend anyone staying here.

From ground floor, you take an elevator to the 5th floor to check in and to access different elevator to rooms on higher floors. Not convenient. Rooms not very clean, especially bathroom. Overall was OK given the location in Financial district.
