The property needs some TLC , areas are neglected due to lack of eyes to details, for example :the base mattress had dirt and various unpleasant, cleanness. And to top it off, the features were of the W hotel, I was told the new owners acquired the property from the W , and another draw back they don't accept Amex no wonder why.

This hotel was amazing! The entrance was weird to me & hard to find at night when I arrived. There was a glass door with the hotel name etched in glass & a light displaying a rotating hotel name on the sidewalk. There was no physical sign. Upon entering the glass doors-you enter a pitch black lobby with 3 elevators connected to a restaurant that gives off a nightclub vibe. Ok……so what do we do? We just got on an elevator & ride to 5th floor lobby. Wow! How incredible! The rooms are large, clean, the staff is friendly! It was just hard to find at first, so I made a video for friend on how to enter the hotel. The hotel overlooked the 9/11 memorial, was 1 block from the dearest subway, the Oculus. We walked to statute of liberty area, several museums, churches to see. We will definitely stay here again.
