Ehhhhh definitely wouldn’t be my first choice.
When checking in there was a bit of a wait due to customers having issues at the desk. Instead of someone jumping in to help the lady they let her do it alone all the while being on the phone trying to solve an issue for disgruntled customers. They also stated that I could not receive any clean wash cloths or towels because laundry wouldn’t be done until the following morning at 9 am smh that annoyed me because when I got to my room there were none just long rags and those small towels for the floor. The hotel also charged a bunch of fees which was a little insane for 1 night but whatever it’s BK so I guess. Overall the room was alright just for sleeping.

I waited over 45 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. When he finally came greeted us by saying night. Did not apologize about the wait time. Move right into the reservation information. I was so angry. I forced myself to stay quiet becuase it was not going to be a good morning for him or myself. I just wanted to go to sleep. The room was fine and comfortable however that front desk needs alot of work with building customer relations or someone needs to address that specific employee needs retraining or services on customer service.

Good option for Brooklyn
Nice, basic hotel in a good location. No breakfast, but nice gym. Rooms on lower floors can be noisy from traffic if close to the road

This is a hotel with a residence on the top floors. The workmanship of this place feels like a motel. Their housekeeping dept is not 24 hours so if you need towels, you have to wait until 7am the bext morning. Front door staff is not the most hospitable.
