Great classic hotel located near to some well known attractions. Staff were really helpful, rooms are smaller than you would expect in the US and the beds normal doubles. Had a great view of the Empire State Building. Great to have the Tick Tock restaurant there for breakfast with their friendly staff.

The New Yorker has it all! Location is ideal right across from Penn Station & MSG. Safe, festively decorated hotel offers all services and has a 24 hr “Tick Tock” diner attached along with a unique steakhouse located in the bank vault downstairs! (Butcher & Banker) we’ve stayed here 5 times and would totally recommend it.

We obviously like this property as it’s the 5th time going, to get to certain hotspots like the Empire state and Macy’s for shopping is a five minute walk, the Hudson yard for the Edge or shopping a 10 minute walk and time square just 10 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff excellent and always said good morning. It’s a 1930’s look hotel and they do well to keep it looking good. You have a TikTok diner which are open 24 hours and portion sizes are big so never will leave feeling hungry.
