The Marlton is cozy and comfortable. We loved the lounge with its open fireplace and easy chairs. The room was small but very clean and the bed comfortable. The service was excellent. And we especially enjoyed the fresh, abundant complimentary breakfast. We'll be back!

Tiny room, tiny tables, tiny elevator, tiny bathroom. GIGANTIC medallion attached to your room key fob. God knows why. No desk, no chairs, no working AC in the room. There is a tiny fridge inside the closet, but it is already completely packed full of drinks. You have to remove their drinks to make room for your own stuff in the fridge. I guess they’re hoping you break a bottle of Miller Lite so they can bill you $30 for it. That’s just tacky. At $650 for one night, a chair and an empty shelf in the fridge would be nice. Great location.

You Have to Stay Here

I try to always stay in unique, upscale-boutique hotels and this was by far one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely charming from entrance to exit, the room keys, the bathrooms, really everything was perfect. One of the coziest stays I’ve had in NYC. And location is PERFECT you can walk to everything in West/Greenwich Village and easily access subway to the rest of the city. A+

Good location but rooms very small. HVAC system had a high pitched noise. Engineer said system needed cleaning. Only option to stop the noise was to turn the heat in the room off. It was freezing outside. They handed us a portable heater. Ridiculous. When I voiced my disappointment the front desk said I could find another hotel then faulted me for booking through a third party booking service- Expedia.

Very small rooms but that's OK if you're planing to be out roaming the city most of the day. Very very noisy - we were in a corner room and could hear the doors slamming on either side of us at all hours. Bring your ear plugs!
