Stay was fine. Have stayed there before. The bathroom sink is cracked, but it doesn't leak. The tub floor is very slippery. I was shocked again by the facility fee that I was charged. I was not expecting that although I think I got charged it last time I stayed there just didn't remember, all the staff that I dealt with were wonderful

We booked two bed and they had one reserved, It changed to two beds in a room with stained peeling wall[paper. The ohone did not work, rug on ffloor was damaged, the bathroom shower curtain rod was broken, the tub and sink faucet were old and worn. We had 3 days of no room service. We asked for towels at front desk and were never delivered. Lobby furniture was dirty and worn out. The beds were clean and comfortable and staff were friendly.

This property get a deposit of 50usd when you depart but is a deposit without reimbursement… which is weird, because you pay the reservation rate and at the end you pay 50usd more. Not good, just read the small letters and also be prepared because the walls are so thin, is noisy

The location of the hotel was very convenient but lacked the proper needs to satisfy their customers. While in the room I noticed it was not as clean and did not look professionally ready for new guests. I tried turning the AC unit on and it was disconnected or not in use. I called the front desk and they advised someone would come…three hours later and it was time to check out, no one came to check on my stay or fix the issue. When I went to let the front desk know and check out from my stay, the staff did not seem to care about the issue and disregarded the matter. In the future, I will not be staying at this hotel.
