The photos in the ad are limited availability and the majority of the rooms (specifically the ones that are sold on this website). The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the bed was broken, and it looked like a hotel from a horror movie as soon as you left the lobby.

The updated shower with the large rain head was amazing. The beds were ok- I have been in other hotels that have more comfortable beds. Unfortunately we were awaked by construction noise which was not pleasant! Had I know they were under construction I would not have booked here-

This property is very dated. They have started a renovation, but there no guarantee that an updated room will be assigned. The overall condition of the property is in neglect. Carpets are old and pulling up, elevators are dingy and dirty. Just not a good experience at all.

I don’t even know where to start. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life and I highly advise anyone to never stay here. It’s cheap for a reason. First of all, do not buy the included breakfast. It is literally a croissant, a banana (if they even have any left) or an apple, and a drink. Zero protein options and not even close to what they advertise what the breakfast will be like. The place is dilapidated, shanty, and completely run down. The AC did not work and it was absolutely freezing, I heard others complaining about the same thing. The walls are paper thin and all you can hear is the ongoing construction, my girlfriend and I were woken up early to banging and power tools on multiple mornings. The key cards didn’t work and had to be replaced several times. The TV didn’t even work either. Half of the lamps were broken, the place smelled and the carpets were dirty. We didn’t even have a do not disturb sign so the room service lady was banging on our door every single morning around 10 am and she even opened it several times. The door doesn’t shut unless you let it slam and you can probably hear it from a mile away. The shower was either absolutely freezing or hotter than Africa. We had no shampoo. No fridge, no microwave, hardly any outlets to plug our chargers in. We tried calling the front desk several times and nobody answered. Ice machine was down on our floor, of course. Staff was rude and of no help. The photos advertised are fake. Do not come.

AVOID - STAY ANYWHERE ELSE! This is easily the worst hotel and hotel experience I’ve ever had! A ton of renovation noise, and no hot water our entire stay! Just kept telling us to keep running the water until it warmed up (45 mins and it didn’t warm up). We reached out to the front desk staff and general manager several times - finally got a response that they would give us a discount - still charged us full price for 3 very expensive nights ($500 /night). I must have contacted the general manager 5-6x with no response at all. They appear to have no interest in customer service. It’s a good location but with literally 1000s of other choices, pick something else.
