Modern Midtown Manhattan Muse

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms lacked views but were clean updated and intetesting. Coffee provided in lobby in morning. Hotel very close to theatre district and a bounty of restaurants. Very well situated to NYC sites. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Upon my arrival, they surprised me with an upgrade to a suite. It was quiet, very large especially by NY standards and clean. The price was very reasonable. I’ve been hotel shopping for over a year as I go monthly for work. I’ve found my go-to hotel!

Would 100% recommend The Muse and stay there again. Our balcony had an incredible view, the room was beautiful, and everyone was really friendly. Plus, the location was great -- close to Times Square but quiet.

Large modern rooms, extremely quiet for a hotel in the theater district, great staff from front desk to housekeeping, amazing location for Broadway shows and walking distance to Central Park, Rock Center, Empire State building, MOMA, Grand Central Station and more. Could be better

While the property looks very nice, alot of attention has been focused on appearance rather than function. We had no remote control for the room's tv, two of the outlets in the bathroom didn't work, and the valve for the hand- held shower fixture didn't work. Also arrived in the lobby for coffee at 10:05 to find no cups and the coffee pot empty. Were told that coffee service ends at 10:00 am. They did refill it. We like the location of the property but they need to focus on maintenance.

I had read great reviews about the hotel. Was a little disappointed to find out that they were under new ownership and not all things were the same. There was no restaurant/bar or room service. Daniel at the front desk was great.

My husband and I went to NYC for a quick trip for our 9th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the location and the convenience of the Muse on W 46th. It was in Time Square close to the Theater District, shopping and restaurants.
