Lovely hotel, quieter part of New York. The best hotel bed I have slept in. Convenient and quick check in and checkout. Loved having Starbucks on the premises.

The stay was good and the hotel is a good option. However, I have not yet received the final invoice from the hotel. My card was blocked for a significant amount which was to be settled during check out. Due to the rush, we were told that the invoice would be sent via email, and the remaining amount credited to the card.

We enjoyed the hotel itself. We were not pleased that the room did not have a microwave or a mini fridge. There wasn’t one available in the lobby either. Everything else was great but I’ve never stayed in a hotel room without those basic amenities

Hotel convenient to centre NY. No offer of a drink on arrival, no kettle in room, rooms are dated. At breakfast the height of chairs were ridiculously low with a high table making it a challenge to eat. A charge was made for keeping luggage for a few hours and considering how expensive the hotel was this should have been a free service.

I like the fact that the property had very comfortable seating area in the lobby. They had an actual bar that was a good bar, and if you wanted a little bit more private seating, they had a mezzanine that had comfortable sitting above the lobby, and you could look down into the lobby why are you set an a quieter atmosphere. Elevators work properly cleaning staff was always around if you needed anything for your room overall a good stay.
