It was very clean and easy to get to just a few blocks away from everything Only down side was it does not block out any noise at all but relatively quiet area at night in comparison to the city itself

Rooms had no coffee maker, no refrigerator. They did offer water at the front desk area. We didn’t receive our room till after 7:30 in the evening when our room was supposed to be ready by 4:00pm. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Location was good, beds were comfortable. Air conditioner didn’t work very well. Probably would not stay at this hotel again while in NYC.

Lovely hotel in a great location, but incredibly expensive for basically just a place to sleep. No amenities in the room, not even a coffee maker. Breakfast was $35/person per day, even kids, and it was a buffet with very few vegetarian options. We were also forced to pay an additional undisclosed "destination fee" of another $105. The staff was helpful and kind, but it was just not woth the money.
