We got rob !

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. Some of our belongings were stolen — including my friend’s perfume and sunglasses, and a few of my makeup products. We’re really disappointed and shaken by this. It’s frustrating to have your personal items taken, especially when you’re just trying to enjoy your stay.

Red hook and concert

Everything was great except it smells strong of the exterminator but I suppose that's better than roaches. I would definitely come back. Best free breakfast I've had. Lots of choices.

A comfortable stay

It’s was an ok place to stay but on their site we was misled because we thought that we were closer to places than we were. It stated that the Barclay center was five minutes away driving and it was actually 25 minutes away. It was saying that we could walk to certain places within minutes on the website, but it wasn’t true. Also, breakfast was supposed to end at 9:30 but we got there at 9:15. Breakfast was over. They didn’t have eggs. They didn’t have certain stuff and when we asked, are they gonna make anymore they said no. The sink in the bathroom kept clogging up and the elevator took too long but besides that everything was cool. I would stay again

We had a problem with the toliet and the promptly fixed the issue. Breakfast is just ok. Cold. The volume of the food was definitely made prior but not quality food or kept warm. Just food to eat that is free. Srzff is super nice, very helpful. Love this property because of ghe staff the rooms the Wraptor Resteraunt with in walking distance and the proximity to the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal.

I loved the property! I needed to stay nearby for work; it isn't very close to many things, but it is pretty safe, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean, and the staff left very kind notes and made you feel attended to. I only wish they had a microwave since there isn't food open late nearby, and breakfast, while nice, could be slightly more elevated. Otherwise, I would stay again if needed
