A Euro like inn, tight spaces but very adequate. Not luxury, limited amenities, but perfectly comfortable and clean. Efficient and very good value.

This is a “gem” of a property. The location was perfect, the staff was fantastic and everything went smoothly. I loved that there is a living area with tea and coffee and able to get out of your room. We found it to be very quiet and enjoyed the stay immensely. The location right across from Rockefeller center also meant we could access a lot very easily.

Great location

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is great; right around the corner from Radio City Music Hall. The rooms are a little dated, but the bed and pillows are very comfortable. I love the water bottle stations on each floor. The staff is friendly and the hotel is quiet. My room on this visit was not as clean as I would have liked, but I'm hoping that was a one off incident.

It’s a nice but outdated hotel. Ladies who work at reception are mostly rude , men are nicer. It’s a good place comparing to the majority of the hotels in the same price segment. It’s safe, men who work there are so friendly and helpful. It need renovation, rooms are well-used

Perfect location, fantastic staff! Lovely little touches like a shaving mirror in the bathroom, cold purified water stations on each floor including reusable bottles, an espresso machine that makes really really good coffee, and a guest laundry! The thing I love about boutique hotels is that they are very personable and bend over backwards to make sure you have a great stay! The Jewel is a gem!
