The hotel staffs were very welcoming. The only thing that I didn’t really like or care for, was being in a room next to the storage room and only seeing a view of the back of the hotel. Everything else was super cool 😎. Will definitely be back in July to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday 🎉. Thank you.

The property is centrally located for shows and shopping. Both lobby bars offer an excellent experience and the staff are generally eager to help throughout your stay. We felt very well taken care of during our whole stay and are determined to return to this hotel the next time we are in town. The rooms are well equipped for the middle of the city and the bathroom was less cramped than other similarly situated hotels we have stayed at. There is no shortage of things to do in the area making this hotel a perfect home-base for trips with the family.

A gorgeous boutique hotel with lovely staff

Such a wonderful hotel. The staff are like a big family - Jay and the team on reception, lovely Ben at breakfast, who gave us so many recommendations and red velvet cake on my partner’s birthday, the friendly doormen.. Esteban on the bar who gave us solid restaurant tips - nothing is too much trouble. Our room was chic, cosy and clean with a nice bathroom, and the other areas of the hotel are boutique in every sense of the word. The secret Speakeasy bar is so glamorous too. Big mention for the delicious breakfasts too. The rye toast is delicious and the hot scrambled egg and cheese brioche sandwiches they do will be being recreated very soon at home! The free walking tours are such a great way to get your bearings and there’s even free wine tasting on some afternoons!
