This is not a VIP Acces Hotel. They said ar reception they simply don't do Upgrades, and if they were to have availabily it must be paid. They didn't give me any complementary drink. They don't even have coffee in the room, neither room service. The recepcionist JRivera, was annoyed because I asked to print a 3 pages document. When I asked to print it again she said that she was doing a big favor because they are not allowed to print.

Beautiful quaint boutique hotel. Absolutely clean. Awesome staff! Our only wish was that there was coffee available in the rooms or at least available in the mornings in the lobby. Super safe, conveniently located to everything like shopping, subway, restaurants....stay here and you can have it all!

Great Location

We had a great view of the Empire State Building! The building itself may have been older but the room was updated and spacious. The bathroom was small but clean. The shower was great. The windows opened a bit to let the air and street noise in. We both slept very well in the comfy bed. We were able to check our bags with the concierge upon arrival and the day that we left. Water is provided but there wasn’t a coffee maker in our room. Plenty of coffee shops in the area. There is a subway stop on the block which made for quick trips around town. ❤️

This is a beautiful old hotel with high ceilings, classic tiling, goo air exchange and heating/cooling, and very clean rooms and excellent staff. There is just one thing that would prevent me from returning - there is no coffee on the premises. An in-room coffee maker or even a pay coffee machine in the lobby would be so nice. Even if it was only available in the morning. The other comment I have is not within the control of the hotel - travelers should be aware that Midtown/Koreatown is an area that is a bit dirtier and more congested than many areas of the city. Not more unsafe necessarily, just more intense. The upside to the location is proximity to the 34th St station and Koreatown & other restaurants, shopping, etc. I appreciated the cordial and professional staff and very clean room!

Everything was excellent but I wouldn’t stay again. There is no coffee or tea in the room or lobby. You have to leave the building. Also I left a new pair of expensive sneakers in the room and called just a few hours after checkout while housekeeping was still there, yet they “couldn’t find them”. Staying at the Garden Inn across the street from now on.

The property is in an ideal position for exploring Manhattan and has nearby access to the Metro. The room was tired in areas especially the bathroom and didnt really live up to the expectations gained feom the pictures on the website. Staff were polite and helpful.
