The property is extremely dirty the management is rude and they make you pay for almost everything the reason didn’t even have a basic iron and they charge you extremely high price for amenity which they will really offer the towels are reused and small dirty and the sheets also dirty the beds are also dirty

No restrom or bath in the room. No table or chairs in the room. No cofee maker teapot in the room. Community shower in woman did not had shooks to your clothes. Second one had hooks but water was on timer. Every 10 seconds shower was turning off.

This was in a great location, extremely affordable, and at that time (March 2025) looked like everything within had just been renovated, with the whole place looking new and clean. The only thing some people may not like is that the rooms are quite small and there are no bathrooms in the hotel rooms, just common bathrooms and showers on every floor. Also, watch out for those pipes, I banged my head on one walking out of the bathroom. Other than that, great place to stay, and I'd stay again whenever I'm back.

Excellent ratio of price and quality. Our room was clean and it was exactly as in the photos. We would stay there again. We got the real New York feeling and had a spacious room with 3 double beds at a fraction of the price of a hotel.

The staff was nice, check was not until 4pm. the room was clean. And the price was right. The room was very hot having the radiator right next to the bed and the street noise was very loud. The tv was flat on the wall on the left side of the room and did not swivel, so watching tv was difficult.The shared bathroom situation was not pleasant. There is no where to sit, or place your things when showering and and no where to sit when getting dressed. The bathroom door did not have a spring or anything from keeping it from slamming, so I kept hearing the door slamming all night long so didn't get any rest. I would not stay here again, but if you are on a budget it may be a good fit

Don’t bother. Terrible customer service.

This was the most horrible experience we’ve ever had. The owner told us we could go check in early because of our flight was coming in early but when we got to the hotel she had not left instructions for us to get the key. We were charge $100 for hours between 4am - 11am which the owner tried to make it like we were looking for free accommodation. We had to make our bed since someone had just checked out. They were horrible in communicating anything including their atrocious $175 incidentals which if you don’t pay you don’t get your room key. The property was a 6/10 but the cleanliness of the bathroom was 0. There was no hot water the first day and never bothered to communicate so I had to find out the water was cold at 4am shower. And you can’t cancel its non refundable TERRIBLE!
