One elevator for guest use, max capacity of 7 people. Housekeeping is LOUD cackling and playing music while cleaning. Trash is collected in the area right by the elevator, very unpleasant.

I will not stay at this hotel again. One elevator was out of service the entire time. The ice machine was not working. I could not get hot water at the bathroom sink. Worst of all, every morning at 8:00 am, the housekeeping staff began noisily knocking on doors trying to find vacated rooms to clean, even though nobody had left that early.

The staff was very friendly. Excellent location. No issues there. However, when we arrived the key maker was not working so we could not get a key to our room. They had to have staff escort us to our room every time we can back which took a long time with all the people and the very slow elevators. There was only one working elevator. Our room was spacious, but we did kill a cockroach in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was broken- we could not shut the door at all and the handle was broken off. We couldn’t put the blinds down near the bed bc the pull chain was broken as well. There was a chair in the room which was not in good condition. The outlets were very loose chargers easily falling out. Would I stay again? Maybe, if it was the only option.

The thermostat unit was missing from the wall, they had to manually unplug the a/c from the wall. We called for towels and didn’t get them for hours, had to call again. I have called the hotel 10 times in 2 days and no one has answered, I have a questionable charge I was trying to inquire about. The smoke detector alarm was sounding all night. I called to let them know, again.. took hours for them to come up after I called the front desk again!

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Location was good, close to all activities we had planned. House keeping was annoying, After being out late house keeping woke us around 8am each morning to ask if we were all set and give us extra towels that were unnecessary. This location is vey noisy all night making it very difficult to get much sleep at all. Most likely not stay here again.

Comfortable bed, good water pressure. Great location and value for the price. However, the room was small, the A/C was unreliable, the elevator has been broken and repaired for months and they are waiting for the city inspector to inspect. So wait times at elevators especially around check out time everyday is bad. Ice machine only works on floor 7. Just know what you are getting yourself into when you book. The photos do not represent the age and actual spaces.

Good enough on a budget

I'm pretty sure there was only 1 working elevator. The location was pretty good and it's usually one of the cheaper options in the Times Square immediate area.

Terrible experience here. The hotel kept trying to assess extra charges with no explanation. First, they attempted to charge my friend the full amount for another night's stay despite having already paid for the room. Then, they charged me for a late checkout despite having agreed to allow this earlier in the morning. Do not stay here. They are not professional nor courteous and their business practices should be reported to the BBB
