There was no heat and then they said it would have to be an upgrade to get heat eventually I was moved. Without paying extra but it was stressful and the staff was like they didn’t care i won’t stay there again nor will I recommend the rooms are out dated for the price you have to pay.

Elevators way to small for the amount of traffic that they have..they dont offer breakfast the sheets and blankets are way to cheap along with the very cheap robe...and the employees have attitudes for what i paid the service needs to be upgraded all around!!!!

Great location with easy access to subway, decent rooms with good ambience but one or two demerits- cable box was a total pain to get tv service and there was a screaming child each morning - a real pain!

We came for a week in Manhattan, we selected this hotel for it's close proximity to the major attraction in Manhattan ( time square is 5 min away by foot ). We had two major issues: 1. The AC in the room was a window style and was very noisy!! 2. The elevators were very occupied and slow.

2nd night the bathroom water didnt come down. They said they dont have an engineer so had to wait to next day as there was no other available room either. 3rd day, the toiler didint flush and ur was not fixed right away either. Had to wait about 4 hours...

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to shopping, dining, theaters, subway and other attractions. We were on a girls trip (grandmother, mother and teen daughter) and always felt safe walking to locations and back to the hotel day and night, The room was clean and roomy. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

I love The Belvedere and have stayed several times. Most recently I was there with a group of 6. We all felt our rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. So many places to eat just a block away, subway stops are close and short, easy walk to Broadway shows. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.
