A decent higher end Times Square hotel

Nice and high end amenities, but very crowded and the valet wasn’t available or staffed. The bathroom was gorgeous and the beds were comfortable. Felt like a newly renovated version of the W but without the cool sexy vibe.

Pros- you cannot get any closer to Times Square. Decent views from the windows. Sort of newish and stylish. A short walk to literally everything, or an easy subway ride if not. Cons- rooms are like sardine cans- at no point can people pass each other. Staff are young and cool, not very informed or helpful. The sound of taxicab horns all night long. Looks clean, but we got norovirus. Staff was no help to us when we were so ill we could hardly move, if you could get them to answer a phone at all.

Great location on Times Square. Polite and friendly staff. Room 4319 was on a high floor and had a great view. Room cleaned daily. Comfortable. Spacious (double queen room). Coffee machine and fridge. Spacious and modern bathroom. Only gripes were : Air con would randomly come on throughout the night. The bar area doesn’t serve food or coffee after 1400. The elevators wouldn’t work unless security used their passes due to a fault. This was a nightmare and cussed queues at the elevators

I am already planning my next trip to NY and plan to stay here again. Beds were very comfortable. Found the room had loads of "well thats cool!" features; dimmers, extra plugs, the shades! Room was clean. Felt small at first, but we managed with 3 of us. Bathroom was AMAZING. Clean and large, water was HOT!! You can crack the window and hear all of Times Square, close it and its absolutely silent. Security was absolutely amazing. All staff was kind, helpful, and had amazing suggestions. Parking was super convenient with Valet. No in/out capabilities though. Which isnt even a problem with how convenient this place is to SO many things. We walked to Lion King and Radio City Music Hall in just a few minutes. New york bagels, coffee, pizza, all within steps of the door! So many positives.

I am absolutely furious about my trip to New York. Despite my initial excitement, my experience at the Hilton hotel in Times Square was beyond disappointing. My wife fell ill because the air conditioning filter was disgustingly dirty. This is an experience that I will never be able to forget, and not in a good way.

The hotel is really nice. Conveniently located to everything. Be aware, there is a $200/night deposit that's required. I seen this in a group on social media, that's how I aware of it prior to arrival. Nice and clean. It felt secure.
