Fantastic location, especially for theater. This hotel looked beautiful and the bed was very comfortable, but the elevators weren’t working correctly the whole weekend (key cards didn’t work in the elevator), and the room’s electronics were a little hard to get used to (e.g., every time we came into the room, the shades would automatically go up and the bathroom light was on a motion detector that turned off if we sat on the toilet too long). Too much form over function.

We were very pleased with our stay. Big props for having useful mirrors. The bathroom was clean and really like the motion lighting. We stayed on the 19th floor, the room was quiet, altough we do use a sound machine to really drown out all the noise. The AC only went down to 68, but it stayed pretty cool over night. Big props for having a shelf in the shower for your own shower stuff. That is huge for us, so many hotels don't have them. The hotel is right in time square, so prepare for a very busy walk after 4PM. Easy access to the subway! Staff was very friendly, bar was expensive but nice.

Great Stay!

Stayed at this wonderful hotel. The room was comfortable and had a city view. Friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel's location is in the center of Times Square so it's near most of the theaters, plenty of restaurants to choose from. There is also an accessible subways to navigate around the city. Plenty of Ubers and taxis await in front of the hotel. There is also a bar/restaurant in the hotel called Highball which is convenient for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Come here for the drinks!

Great location and comfortable rooms

Great location in the heart of Times Square. Our room was comfortable. Loved the clean, spacious and modern bathroom. Check-in was fast. The $25 coupon for CitiBike was nice as it got me to explore the city on a bicycle which I would not have done without the coupon. Will definitely stay at the hotel again.
