Overall I had a good stay, but my check out experience was horrible. My fiancée and I stayed for one night and gave this hotel all the praises, saying we would return one day. That was until we had to check out. I have never experienced a check out like this before. They tell you to wait at least 5 minutes so the cleaning staff can check the rooms. Okay that’s new to me. I have ginger colored hair. So from time to time my hair does cause a stain. I was charged $20 per pillow that my hair messed up because “they wouldn’t be able to get that stain out.” I found that to be ridiculous and I will not be returning to this place.

Great location in the heart of the diverse Asian neighborhood of Flushing. Skyview Mall is across the street, Quick 15 min walk to Citi Field, Flushing Meadows Park, and the wonderful restaurant culture of Flushing. Paid parking in the mall lot was very convenient and inexpensive at $25 per day. Our room was quite small, without a closet, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. Bathroom was nice. Very clean. Walls were rather thin and we could hear neighbors above and next to us. Free iced tea and water in lobby. Lobby attendants were a little awkward. They could not give me directions to the parking lot which we discovered was about 500 yards away. Overall it was a good stay, no frills, but great location.

The chain lock was installed correctly and inoperable. I asked at the front desk for another room I was told no. I felt unsafe and left without staying. There was no bold the door was a numbered code entry.
