Our new go to place to stay for any future NYC trips for sure. Location is perfect, staff is beyond accommodating and wonderful to work with. Location was safe and quiet, every space was clean and to top it off the free breakfast had a ton of options and was well stocked.

We enjoyed our stay and particularly liked the service at the Springfield Suites. The breakfast was great, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were not too small as can happen in NYC. The location was great for the garment and theater districts. We would like to return.

Work on check-in, otherwise amazing!

The only thing that was a little rocky was check in. The room was supposed to be ready for 4pm, which was when we arrived and after 9 hours of travel were told we needed to wait. I checked in twice in the next 30 minutes and was told it still wasn't ready. Asked for a manager and shockingly it was ready. Maybe teach your lower level employees how to see if rooms are actually ready. After that it was smooth sailing! Excellent property, BUSY but good breakfast, amazing location.

Fantastic! Jeffery Wright and the whole front desk staff made my three day, two night stay absolutely fantastic! Christian, Jessenia and Michael managed our early check in and check out with expert precision. The bar staff, food service and housekeeping made my stay that much more fantastic.
