Great place to stay

It was great except the ice machine wasn't working. Otherwise it was fabulous and i plan to go there again. And the bed was really comfortable. Clean but the water on the shower was cold.

Soho hotel

A family weekend getaway and wanted to stay in SoHo area. The hotel was nice and customer service was great but they only had one working elevator for 19th floor hotel. The con is the beds were uncomfortable and had coffee machine

Our room was fine, it was clean and the staff are great. The room we booked on Expedia said there would be an outdoor terrace in our room and there wasn’t. So just note that’s not true. I’m not sure what those pictures are from.

At one point I'm sure it was a good hotel, but only one elevator worked, the key cards never worked more than once, the beds were uncomfortable, the wallpaper was coming undone it the bathroom. Very small rooms. Staff was very nice though. Definitely walking distance to many places.
