Poor cleaning & noisy. Overpriced. Not recommended
Very poor cleaning, the hair drier was so dirty that I couldn't use it. The elevator floor was also dirty with food. You can hear the conversation of the guests staying in the rooms next door. My room was on the 8th floor and directly above the A/C - heating system of the building next to it, and the noise of these machines was considerable. And I paid $325 per night! Just crazy.

The location was good and convenient. The room was in good condition. The lady at the front desk who helped my check-in seemed to have a pleasant chat with another guest before helping me, but she wasn't friendly to me at all and her tone and expression seemed annoying, I don’t know why. so I didn't ask her any more questions. Other than that, everything was fine.

Very nice hotel off Canal St.
Confortable hotel conveniently located near Little Italy, Chinatown, shopping and the subway. Daily breakfast and happy hour. The room was very small with little space for luggage, nor dressers for clothing.

Staff was rude to the guest staying with me. The room I thought paid for was not the room I received. Pictures on the site are misleading, and I’m fully convinced that was not the room I thought I booked and when I expressed my concerns to the front desk they were rude to me for even asking about it.

Location location location.
This is by far my favorite hotel in Manhattan. I’ve stayed several times and this time we got the upgrade to club level for our anniversary. Great location, friendly staff, comfy beds, great showers and close to all of the trains! Highly recommend.

Loved it!
The Sheraton was such a pleasant surprise. My room was new, clean, contemporary, and quiet. The staff was very nice and cooperative. And I loved the area! I've traveled to New York hundreds of times but never stayed down in Tribeca. The hotel sits right on the edge of Tribeca and Soho and there are great restaurants and shops everywhere you look. I'm already looking forward to going back.
